The Rockwell Diamonds reported that CEO Dzheyms Kempbell (James Campbell) resigned from his post, and Steven Dietrich (Stephen Dietrich) and Menelaus Rick (Rick Menell) also submitted his resignation.
Campbell agreed to a gradual transfer of its powers before the final departure from his post at the end of November 2016.
However, he will continue to enter the company's board of directors and will work with the new CEO Tyartom Willems (Tjaart Willemse).
"The Board of Directors August 28, 2016, at its special meeting made a strategic decision", - the statement says Rockwell.
"The purpose of the meeting was to assess the current position in the Rockwell diamond industry, as well as the effectiveness of strategies that have been adopted in the past now," - added to the company.
The company conducted a re-evaluation of the effectiveness Remhugte (Remhoogte) acquired the project, which was lower than planned, as well as reviewed the construction of a new processing plant in the Vouterspen (Wouterspan), which is also behind the plan and exceed the planned budget.
"In spite of this, the first phase of the processing facility at Vouterspen consisting of two (out of a total of four) loops, largely completed, and the content of the diamond meets the expectations of the company", - stated in the Rockwell.
