At the same time, he made a mandatory offer to buy shares TransHex for its share capital in full, rather than to get ordinary shares, which owned providers.

TransHex owned diamond mining operations in South Africa and Angola.
From January to March 2016 diamond sales from operations in South Africa fell by 28.6% compared to the same period last year, to 671.4 million rand ($ 49 million).
